My name is Steffanie Anderson and I will help you end your business struggles.

I have been a business owner for 30 years, I had success and failure. That experience helped me develop strategies that work and take the guess work out of growing a strong system that will take your business to profit, less work and more enjoyment as you scale your business.
I started, grew, and sold my last business for a profit. I spent time understanding my finances, product delivery, and services. I spent time working ON the business instead of working IN it, as well as on my own personal development. I worked on figuring out the client types that were the best fit for my business, and on motivating and managing staff. And I did it all by working only 3 days a week.
But, I didn’t get there overnight. I wasted a lot of time and money with consultants who didn’t really understand my business. While searching for industry experts, I weeded out all kinds of gimmicks and get-rich-quick schemes, and boiled good practices down into understandable ways to enjoy work while making real money.
Now I want to help you start, grow, run, and sell your business at a great value. I want to end entrepreneurial starvation. That’s why I’ve founded LeftHand Coaching.
